Future Of Peace Process In Nepal

It is still unanswered that what will be the future of peace process in Nepal. One of the major part of the peace process,UNMIN among the three is going to leave Nepal after few days.But the political parties are divided into two fractions whether to increase the time period of UNMIN or not . The major party, one of the part of peace process, UNCP Maoist is saying that the time period should be increased while other most of the parties are against this.So this has made an uncertain future of Nepal's ongoing peace process.

Sai Baba’s devotees hope for a miracle

KATHMANDU, APR 24 - A pall of gloom descended on thousands of Nepali devotees of Sathya Sai Baba after news of his death in India spread like wildfire on Sunday. Some even hoped that Sai Baba, worshipped as god by millions worldwide, would rise from the dead. "We are hopeful that he will resurrect," said Amar Bahadur Karki, the central coordinator of Satya Sai Centre in Kathmandu. "He has performed miracles. The baba is simply testing our devotion. We will intensify our prayers and call him back," Karki added. Karki said devotees have started praying, singing bhajanas and the 'Gayatri mantra' and other mantras in all the 186 Satya Sai Centres across the country. There are 44 such centres in the Kathmandu Valley alone. He said all the devotees across the country will chant Vedic mantras and sing devotional songs for two days.
